Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the online gambling services offered under the brand "N1bet" via the website https://n1-aussie.com ("Website"). By accessing, registering or using any services on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator: Dama N.V., a public limited company (N.V.) incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, registration number 152125, with registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. under e-gaming licence no. 8048/JAZ2020-013, as extended to 31 December 2026, together with its designated payment processor Friolion Limited, a limited company registered in Cyprus with office at Leandrou, 12A 3086, Limassol, Cyprus.
- N1bet: The specific online gambling service and product offering of the Operator made available to users in Australia via https://n1-aussie.com, including casino games, live casino and sports betting, whether accessed by desktop, mobile or any other device.
- Website: The domain https://n1-aussie.com and any sub-domains, mobile versions, applications, and related online interfaces through which the N1bet services are offered.
- User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, places a Bet or otherwise uses the services offered by N1bet.
- Account: A personal, non-transferable account registered in the name of a User on the Website, used to access the gambling services, hold funds, place Bets and receive payouts.
- Bet: Any stake, wager or risk of money or money's worth placed by a User on the outcome of a casino game, live casino game, sports event, virtual event or any other gambling product made available on the Website.
- Wager: The act of placing a Bet, as well as the amount staked on a particular game round, spin, hand, event, market or combination of markets.
- Bonus: Any promotional value, including but not limited to bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashback, tournaments or other incentives, credited to a User's Account under specific conditions set out in these Terms and in the dedicated bonus terms displayed on the Website.
- Bonus Funds: Any funds or value in a User's Account that derive from a Bonus, including winnings generated from Bonus use and which may be subject to wagering requirements and other conditions before withdrawal.
- Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by the User or paid out as winnings from Real Money wagers, which are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: The minimum number of times a Bonus and/or associated winnings must be wagered by the User before such Bonus and/or winnings become withdrawable, as specified in the relevant promotion.
- KYC ("Know Your Customer"): The identity verification procedures implemented by the Operator, including but not limited to collection and assessment of identity documents, proof of address, payment method verification and source of funds information.
- Restricted Jurisdictions: Countries and territories from which access to or registration with the services is not permitted. - Responsible Gambling Tools: Limits and settings offered by the Operator to help Users manage their gambling, such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options, as further described on the Website's Responsible Gaming page.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only create an Account and use the services of N1bet if you are at least 18 years old or older if required by the laws of your state or territory in Australia. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
- Legal capacity and local law: You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that online gambling via the Website is not illegal or prohibited in your place of residence. You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Australian federal and state laws before using the Website.
- One Account per User: You may register only one Account with N1bet. Creation of multiple Accounts, use of third-party Accounts or impersonation of any other person is strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and confiscation of funds in accordance with these Terms.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on https://n1-aussie.com, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, password and any other information requested.
- Email verification: Following registration, you may be required to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link sent to the email you provided. The Operator may suspend or restrict Account access until such verification is completed.
- Provision of accurate information: You agree to provide true, current and complete information during registration and to keep all such information up to date at all times, including your residential address and contact details.
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing registration, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional rules displayed on the Website.
KYC and Verification
- Verification obligation: The Operator may, at any time, require you to complete KYC procedures to verify your identity, age, address, ownership of payment methods and, where necessary, source of funds. This is part of the Operator's contractual, fraud-prevention and compliance framework under Curaçao law and applicable industry standards.
- Required documents: You may be asked to provide, among others, a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and documentation proving ownership of any payment method used (e.g. bank card, e-wallet or crypto wallet screenshots).
- Verification timing: The Operator may temporarily suspend deposits, Bets or withdrawals until verification has been successfully completed. In certain cases, verification will be a prerequisite to processing the first or subsequent withdrawals.
- Non-compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC information, or suspicion that documents are forged, altered or inconsistent, may result in restriction, suspension or closure of your Account and, where appropriate, voiding of Bets and cancellation of Bonuses, subject to any mandatory legal obligations.
User Obligations Regarding Account Security
- Confidentiality of credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password and any other authentication data) confidential. You must not disclose these details to any third party or allow others to use your Account.
- Unauthorised access: You must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation. You should promptly change your password and follow any further security instructions given by the Operator.
- Account activity: Until the Operator has been duly notified and has had a reasonable opportunity to act, all activity on your Account, including Bets placed and transactions made, will be deemed to have been carried out by you. The Operator is not liable for any loss arising from misuse of your credentials by a third party.
- Use of payment methods: You may use only payment instruments (cards, bank accounts, wallets, crypto addresses) that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request documentation confirming such ownership before permitting deposits or withdrawals.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Game rules and outcomes: All casino and live casino games available via N1bet are provided by licensed third-party suppliers and operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) integrated via the SoftSwiss platform, which underwent an RNG compliance audit by iTech Labs in 2023. Sports bets are settled according to factual outcomes and officially published results. In case of discrepancy, the rules displayed in each game or sports section prevail.
- Binding nature of rules: By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, event or market as displayed on the Website at the time the Bet is accepted.
Placing Bets
- Availability of funds: You may only place Bets using funds available in your Account balance (Real Money Balance or, where permitted, Bonus Funds). Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum Bets: Each game or betting market may have a minimum and maximum Bet amount, which will be displayed in the game interface or betting slip. The Operator reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including on a per-User basis.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only when it has been registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history or game log. The system-generated record maintained by the Operator is conclusive evidence of the time and details of all Bets.
- Cryptocurrency and other methods: Where cryptocurrency or alternative methods are offered, all betting limits and transaction values are applied in the relevant reference currency (e.g. AUD or equivalent). Exchange rates used for display and settlement are those determined by the Operator or its payment providers at the time of conversion.
Modification and Cancellation of Bets
- User-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been accepted by the system, you cannot unilaterally cancel, withdraw or change that Bet. It is your responsibility to check all details before confirming a Bet.
- Operator's right to void or adjust: The Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably, to void, cancel, or adjust settlement of any Bet where:
- the Bet was accepted or settled due to a technical error, malfunction, obvious misprint or incorrect odds; or
- the outcome of the event was known or should reasonably be considered known at the time the Bet was placed; or
- the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including bonus abuse, use of bots, collusion or any fraudulent conduct.
- Partial system failures: If a game or event is interrupted due to a system failure of the Operator or the game provider, the Operator will act in accordance with the specific game rules. Typically, affected Bets will either be:
- restored to their pre-failure state once the game is resumed; or
- refunded where restoration is not reasonably possible and where industry practice or applicable rules so provide.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When participating in live casino games, sports chats or any interactive features, you must:
- refrain from using offensive, abusive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate language;
- not harass, threaten or insult dealers, other players or staff; and
- comply with any specific rules or instructions given by the dealer, moderator or Operator.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You may not:
- collude or attempt to collude with other players;
- use multiple Accounts or devices to gain unfair advantage;
- use any automated tools, bots, scripts or software to participate in games or place Bets; or
- exploit any bug, loophole or error in the software or odds.
- Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may remove chat messages, limit your chat access, or permanently ban you from chat or from certain games if you breach these conduct rules. In serious cases, your Account may be suspended or closed under the Termination & Suspension section.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus rules: In addition to these Terms, each Bonus or promotion offered by N1bet is subject to specific rules and conditions set out on the relevant promotion page and in the dedicated Bonus Terms available at https://n1bet.com/au/bonus-terms. In case of inconsistency, the specific promotion rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to particular Users, markets, payment methods or product segments. The Operator reserves the right to offer, withhold, revoke or restrict any Bonus at its sole discretion, subject to fair dealing and applicable laws.
- Personal and non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to the receiving User, non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or combined with any other Offers except as expressly allowed.
Activation and Use of Bonuses
- Activation requirements: A Bonus may require:
- entry of a valid bonus code;
- a qualifying deposit meeting a minimum amount (in AUD or other supported currency); or
- placement of a qualifying Bet or opt-in via the Website. The activation conditions and timeframe will be clearly stated in the relevant offer.
- Bonus crediting: Once the conditions are met, the Bonus will normally be credited automatically to your Account. In some cases, manual intervention by customer support may be required. If you believe a Bonus was not correctly credited, you should contact support promptly.
- Bonus balance vs Real Money balance: Unless otherwise specified, Real Money Balance is used first when placing Bets, followed by Bonus Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds remain subject to the relevant Bonus conditions until those conditions are met.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific Bonus description, Bonuses and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements (for example, 30x Bonus amount) before they become withdrawable. The exact multiplier and any game weighting will be specified per promotion.
- Game contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. The applicable contribution rates will be disclosed in the Bonus Terms.
- Time limits: Each Bonus will specify a period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days) within which wagering requirements must be completed. If requirements are not met within the given timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited. Where the period extends into or beyond 2026, the timeframe will be calculated from the date the Bonus is issued and clearly indicated on the offer page.
- Maximum bet limits while wagering: While a Bonus is active, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin, game round or sports selection (for example, a maximum of AUD X per spin). Exceeding this limit may result in confiscation of the Bonus and associated winnings, as specified in the Bonus Terms.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Unequal, low-risk or prohibited bets: You must not engage in betting patterns that are designed to unfairly meet wagering requirements with minimal or no risk, such as significantly unbalanced bets on roulette, opposite bets covering most outcomes, or substantial hedging across multiple accounts.
- Multiple accounts and collusion: Creating multiple Accounts, acting in collusion with others, or allowing others to use your Account in order to obtain multiple Bonuses or circumvent Bonus rules is strictly prohibited.
- Promotion stacking: Unless expressly permitted, you may not claim or participate in more than one promotion at the same time for the same deposit or set of Bets. Where promotion stacking is not allowed, the Operator will honour only the first activated Bonus and cancel subsequent conflicting Bonuses.
- Consequences of abuse: If the Operator reasonably concludes that you have breached Bonus rules or engaged in abusive behaviour, it may:
- remove active Bonuses and associated winnings from your Account;
- void any Bets placed using Bonus Funds; and/or
- restrict or permanently exclude you from receiving future promotions.
Bonus Cancellation
- User-initiated cancellation: You may in many cases cancel an active Bonus from your Account interface. Upon cancellation, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance will remain unaffected unless otherwise specified.
- Operator-initiated cancellation: The Operator may cancel or amend a Bonus if necessary for technical, legal or regulatory reasons, or in order to correct an obvious error, provided that such changes will not unfairly deprive you of already-earned Real Money winnings.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- Available methods: N1bet supports various deposit methods, which may include:
- bank cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard);
- local online banking, including systems compatible with PayID or similar solutions where available;
- selected e-wallets and payment services; and
- cryptocurrencies supported by the Operator.
- Payment processing: Deposits in AUD and related payment processing services may be handled on behalf of Dama N.V. by its payment processing subsidiary Friolion Limited, Leandrou, 12A 3086, Limassol, Cyprus.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or within a defined period. Information about such limits is displayed in the cashier section. You may also set your own deposit limits through responsible gambling tools, where available.
- Fees: The Operator generally seeks to avoid applying deposit fees; however, certain methods may involve third-party charges or currency conversion costs. Any Operator-imposed fees or material charges will be disclosed in the cashier or at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals
- General rules: You may request withdrawal of your available Real Money Balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, KYC verification and compliance checks. The Operator reserves the right to pay withdrawals via the same method used for deposit, where reasonably possible.
- Withdrawal methods and limits: Withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer, cards, e-wallets, crypto or other methods displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may apply:
- minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- daily, weekly or monthly limits; and/or
- additional checks for large or unusual withdrawals.

Currency and Conversion

- Exchange rates: Where currency conversion is necessary (for example, when using crypto or a non-AUD method), exchange rates are determined by the Operator or its payment providers at the time of conversion. The Operator is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Disputes Over Payments
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally final and non-refundable once used for placing Bets. In exceptional cases (for instance, technical issues or demonstrable errors), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to legal obligations, consider a refund request of unused funds.
- Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate chargebacks or reversals of deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Operator. If a chargeback is made:
- the Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- all Bets and winnings related to such funds may be voided; and
- the Operator reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs and losses arising from the chargeback.
- Mistaken transactions: If you believe a transaction has been carried out incorrectly or without your authorisation, you must notify the Operator as soon as possible and cooperate in any investigation.
Treatment of Bets and Bonuses in Payment Issues
- Refunding Bets: If a Bet is voided by the Operator (e.g., due to a technical fault or cancellation of an event), the staked amount will normally be returned to the balance from which it was originally deducted (Real Money or Bonus Funds), subject to the applicable game or sportsbook rules.
- Bonuses and withdrawals: You may not withdraw a Bonus or Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements or other conditions. If a payment issue results in cancellation of a Bonus, the Operator will treat the situation fairly and, where appropriate, restore any Real Money funds that are not linked to Bonus abuse or breach of Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity of games: The Operator is committed to ensuring that all games and betting services offered via N1bet operate fairly and in accordance with applicable technical and industry standards. The RNG used by the SoftSwiss platform has been independently tested by iTech Labs in 2023 for fairness and randomness.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that game outcomes, event results and Bet settlements are recorded and displayed accurately. In case of discrepancies between your screen display and the Operator's records, the latter will prevail, subject to investigation and correction of any demonstrable errors.
- Security: The Operator employs reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Account and personal data from unauthorised access, while no system can be guaranteed as entirely secure.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures and interruptions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- any downtime, interruption, delay, server congestion or system outage affecting the Website or games;
- any failure or malfunction of your equipment, internet connection, software, or any third-party system; or
- incomplete, lost or delayed data transmissions or communications.
- Indirect and consequential losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of profits, revenue or opportunity) arising from your use of the Website or services, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Third-party content and services: The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services or content. The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of such third-party resources, nor for any losses arising from your use of them.
- Legal compliance in Australia: The services of N1bet are provided under Curaçao law and a Curaçao e-gaming licence. The Operator does not provide legal advice and gives no warranty that your use of the Website is lawful under all Australian or state-based laws. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local requirements.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on liability: Subject to any rights you may have under non-excludable consumer protection laws, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, game round or transaction shall be limited to:
- the amount of the stake or Wager placed by you on the relevant Bet or game round; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of (i) the amount of your deposits to the Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) AUD 10,000.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code and underlying technologies, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, licensors and software providers.
- Third-party content: Casino games, live casino streams, odds feeds, sports data and other content provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers and are used under licence by the Operator.
Permitted Use
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Restrictions: You must not, without prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder:
- copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the Website, its software or any part thereof;
- distribute, sell, rent, lease, sub-license or otherwise transfer any rights in or to the Website or its content;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Website; or
- use any automated system, robot, scraper or similar technology to access the Website or extract data without express permission.
Trademarks
- Brand names and marks: All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos displayed on the Website, including those relating to "N1bet" and N1bet, are either owned by the Operator or used under licence. You acquire no rights in or to such marks by using the Website.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The Operator collects and processes personal data about Users in connection with the operation of N1bet. All such processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://n1bet.com/au/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Purposes of processing: Your data may be used for:
- creation and management of your Account;
- processing of deposits, Bets and withdrawals (including via Friolion Limited for AUD payments);
- verification and KYC checks;
- fraud prevention, security and risk management; and
- promotion and improvement of services, where permitted by applicable law and your consent preferences.
- User rights: Your rights in relation to your personal data, and contact information for data protection inquiries, are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices set out therein.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend, update or replace these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, industry standards, technical developments or operational needs. Any updated Terms will specify an effective date not earlier than their publication, which may fall in or after 2026.
- Notification of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by:
- sending an email to the address registered with your Account; and/or
- displaying a prominent notification or banner on the Website or within your Account interface.
- Acceptance of updated Terms: Continued use of the Website or services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account.
- Archiving: Previous versions of these Terms may be archived by the Operator and made available upon reasonable request, subject to technical feasibility.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User
- Account closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator may require confirmation of your identity and intent before implementing closure.
- Remaining funds: Upon closure initiated by you, the Operator will, subject to successful KYC and compliance checks, pay out any remaining Real Money Balance to you via an appropriate payment method, less any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
- Responsible gambling: If you wish to self-exclude or implement time-out measures, you may request such options in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy at https://n1bet.com/au/responsible-gaming.
Suspension or Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and/or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:
- you have violated these Terms, Bonus Terms or any game rules;
- you have provided false or misleading information, or failed to complete KYC procedures;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, misuse of payment methods or other unlawful or improper conduct;
- you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the services; or
- required to do so by applicable law, regulation, licensing conditions or lawful request of a competent authority.
- Effect of suspension: During suspension:
- you may be prevented from logging into your Account or from placing new Bets;
- withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied pending investigation; and
- Bonuses and promotions may be paused or removed.
- Account closure and funds: If the Operator decides to permanently close your Account:
- subject to legal obligations and any rights to set-off amounts owed to the Operator, remaining Real Money funds not related to prohibited or fraudulent activity will be paid to you; and
- Bonuses and Bonus Funds may be cancelled in accordance with Bonus Terms.
Notification
- Notice procedure: Where legally permitted and reasonably practical, the Operator will inform you via email or in-Account message of the reasons for any suspension or closure, and may request further information or documentation from you.
- Appeals: You may contact support to seek clarification or appeal a decision. The Operator will review such appeals in good faith, but its final decision will be conclusive, without prejudice to your rights under the Governing Law & Jurisdiction section.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms, and any contractual relationship between you and the Operator in connection with N1bet, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
- Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint about the services, you should first contact customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. The Operator will endeavour to resolve complaints internally in a fair and timely manner.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's final response, you may, where applicable, escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or complaints service linked to the Curaçao licence (e.g., via the licence validation link provided on the Website) or seek legal recourse in the competent courts as described below.
